Actor Kevin Spacey has been charged with sexually assaulting a teenager at a bar in Nantucket in July 2016.
The alleged victim is the son of former television news presenter Heather Unruh who spoke about the incident last year.
It’s alleged Spacey bought the then 18-year-old alcohol – the legal drinking age in Massachusetts is 21 – and groping him.
This week Spacey posted a video in which he denies any wrongdoing while in his former character Frank Underwood from “House of Cards”: “I’m certainly not going to pay the price for things I didn’t do. You wouldn’t believe the worst without evidence, would you? You wouldn’t rush to judgements without facts.”
He will appear in court on 7th January.

Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie has indicated that she is considering a future move into politics.
In a BBC interview she said that she would have dismissed the idea 20 years ago but now would go where she was needed.
A special envoy to the UN Refugee Agency she is an active campaigner on a range of issues including sexual violence and conservation: “I’m also able to work with governments and I’m also able to work with militaries, and so I sit in a very interesting place of being able to get a lot done.”
She added that “for now” she would stay quiet.
